Inventory Manager
Location: Glastonbury, CT
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Monaco Ford is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Inventory Manager who thrives in a hands-on, outdoor work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a starting wage of $21/hour.
Photograph vehicle inventory and process high-quality images for online listings
Ensure timely merchandising of all vehicles (signage, stickers, and accurate listings)
Use dealership camera equipment to upload photos and condition reports
Collaborate with Sales Managers to write and maintain vehicle descriptions
Maintain lot organization and presentation standards
Re-image vehicles as needed to ensure consistency and quality
Assist in new vehicle prep and general lot duties
Follow all safety protocols while maintaining an efficient workflow
Basic computer skills and comfort using technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
