MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Inventory Management Specialist Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive logistics support in accordance with the PWS.

  • Track, control, and ensure accurate records for highly technical programs and projects.

  • Ensure efficient storage and timely availability of products to meet business needs.

  • Manage receiving and shipping operations to support program execution.

  • Collaborate across directorates to align logistics support with organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applied working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and associated automated/manual supply systems to ensure adherence to equipment serviceability standards.

  • Consistently provided a high level of customer service, resulting in positive and productive user interactions.

  • Experience providing on-call support, including weekends as required, to ensure continuous operational readiness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency with specialized automated logistics and inventory management software platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience streamlining receiving and shipping processes for highly technical projects.

  • Exceptional capability in managing cross-directorate logistics coordination in fast-paced environments.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.

  • Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and be able to successfully exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
