Job Title: Inventory Management
Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905
Duration: 12 months (Temp-to-perm possible)
Pay Rate: $17.00 –$20.00 per hour
Shift Timings: 1st Shift: 7: 00 AM –5: 30 PM
 
Job Description:
This entry-level role supports stockroom and inventory operations in a light industrial environment. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining inventory, processing receipts and issuance of materials, verifying stock accuracy, and supporting internal and external customers. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain stockroom inventory
  • Receive and issue materials to internal and external customers
  • Count and verify inventory for accuracy
  • Maintain inventory documentation and follow company procedures
  • Assist in other warehouse or stockroom tasks as needed
  • Use basic computer tools (Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
  • Work independently or in a team environment
 
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

Hard Skills:
  • 0–3 years of stockroom, warehouse, or receiving experience
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to assist in other areas as needed
     
Nice to Have:
  • Package tracking experience
  • Experience with MRP systems
