Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read work orders, pick sheets, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a warehouse environment.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse inventory systems, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and shipping processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training or assisting other warehouse team members is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials and products.
• Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance when required.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, noise levels, and storage environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use handheld scanners or warehouse tools.

Job Duties

• Receive, unload, store, pick, pack, stage, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Review pick tickets, work orders, item numbers, and batch information to ensure order accuracy.
• Package, label, palletize, and prepare shipments for customer delivery.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality, quantity, damage, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory locations, storage areas, and warehouse workspaces.
• Support production and shipping schedules by moving materials and coordinating order flow.
• Assist with employee training and team support activities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse following company safety policies and 5S practices.
• Perform additional warehouse, inventory, and logistics duties as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Inventory Inspector you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

• Receive, unload, move, store, pick, pack, stage, and ship warehouse materials, merchandise, and finished goods in accordance with established procedures.
• Pick orders by reviewing pick sheets, work orders, product information, item numbers, and batch numbers to confirm accurate product selection.
• Pack, label, stack, consolidate, palletize, and prepare orders or materials for shipment in accordance with company procedures and shipping requirements.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, quality, damage, shortages, and proper documentation.
• Maintain organized inventory locations, racks, storage areas, staging areas, and assigned work areas.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in assigned work areas.
• Support production schedules, line setup, movement of team members, and coordination of order numbers as assigned.
• Assist with training coworkers or other warehouse employees when assigned.
• Comply with company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement.
