TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Inventory Clerk for our client in Hiram, GA!

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join a growing team in Hiram, GA. This role involves performing inventory counts, operating a forklift, and assisting with manufacturing operations, including press brake setup and operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

  • Must be flexible to work weekends as needed

  • $18 per hour

  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.

  • Prepare, set up, and adjust press brake equipment according to production schedules and product specifications.

  • Verify that sufficient raw materials are available to support production requirements.

  • Measure, align, and position materials accurately before processing.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on press brake equipment.

  • Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counting and inventory verification.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least one year of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous forklift experience is required.

  • Ability to safely operate, or learn to operate, press brake machinery and controls.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to read and interpret product plans, drawings, and blueprints.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
