**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
- Accurately manage and organize inventory to ensure all products are accounted for and correctly displayed.
- Assist in receiving shipments, verifying accuracy, and stocking shelves in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized deli counter while adhering to safety and health standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating product knowledge and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate deli equipment and prepare products for sale, ensuring compliance with preparation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient work environment and support operational goals.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, or expired products to management to ensure inventory accuracy.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a retail or inventory-focused role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old in compliance with local regulations.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of cannabis products is a plus, though not required.
