Position Summary
Performs daily pick-and-pull for outbound orders, runs cycle counts, audits inventory, and manages reorder of packaging materials and consumables. The detail-anchor of the fulfillment function.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pull finished goods against outbound orders accurately
Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly full audits of finished goods and bulk inventory
Reconcile physical counts to system records; investigate variances immediately
Maintain par levels for packaging materials, lab supplies, and consumables; place reorders
Receive inbound shipments; verify against POs; put away in proper locations
Maintain organized, labeled storage in the vault and warehouse
Generate inventory reports as requested
Required Qualifications
1+ year warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience
Proficiency with inventory or WMS software; comfort with spreadsheets
High accuracy and attention to detail
Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check
Preferred Qualifications
Cannabis inventory experience
Experience with METRC or similar tracking systems
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Standing, walking, bending throughout shift
Lift up to 50 lb
Work in warehouse and vault environments
