Job Store Staffing is hiring an Inventory & Materials Coordinator for a leading laboratory organization. If you have experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or materials coordination, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Location: West Colorado Springs
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
  
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, tracking, storing, and shipping laboratory samples and supplies while maintaining accurate records and following established quality and safety procedures.
  
What You'll Do
  • Receive, label, and organize laboratory samples and materials
  • Track inventory using computerized inventory systems (LIMS)
  • Store and retrieve materials from refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Prepare outgoing shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized storage areas
  • Resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate records
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support the laboratory team with daily operations
 
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or laboratory support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and inventory tracking systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
Preferred Experience
  • Laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry experience
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP, GLP, FDA, or ISO)
