Our client, a leading organization in the food service and facilities management industry, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18-$19

Shift:1st shift 6am-2:30pm (with occasional 2nd shift 1 to 2 times a month) 

What's the Job?

  • Manage on-site storerooms by receiving, verifying, packing, sorting, and organizing inventory.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and organization by category and location.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, verify specifications and pricing, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Review and prepare discrepancy reports for credits or returns; resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain proper supply levels, ensuring timely stock transfers and adherence to FIFO standards.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations.
  • May require a valid driver’s license.
  • May require forklift operation.
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
