Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Process returned surgical implants and instruments through inventory management systems
Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure surgical instrument trays are complete and accurate
Identify missing, damaged, or incomplete instruments and communicate findings with appropriate teams
Restock inventory and maintain accurate product locations within inventory systems
Validate implant kits and prepare surgical instruments for upcoming procedures
Utilize handheld scanners to build and manage assigned surgical cases
Assist with inventory control, order picking, stocking, and warehouse operations
Use ERP/MRP systems to receive, ship, issue, and track medical device inventory
Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, operations, delivery, and asset teams to fulfill customer needs
Box, pack, label, and ship surgical instruments using shipping systems
Assist with inventory deliveries, pickups, restocking, and emergency deliveries as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are organized and properly stored
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed to support 24/7 surgical operations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or medical device experience preferred
Ability to lift boxes and instrument trays as needed
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and handheld scanning devices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs preferred
Strong interest in the medical device and orthopedic industry
