Inventory Control Technician

Are you an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and reliability? We are seeking an Inventory Control Technician to support our client's production and warehouse operations in Jonesboro, AR.

This position is critical to keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are pulled accurately, inventory is moved safely, and finished goods are delivered on time. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule

Full-time position with consistent hours and overtime opportunities based on production demands.
Work 4 10-hour shifts with two paid meal breaks.

What You'll Do

Under the direction of Production Supervision, the Inventory Control Technician is responsible for supporting production and warehouse operations by:

• Pulling parts and materials accurately and efficiently
• Moving inventory throughout the facility
• Operating a forklift safely and effectively
• Supplying production lines with needed materials
• Transporting finished goods to warehouse and shipping areas
• Assisting with inventory organization and control
• Removing trash and maintaining clean work areas
• Supporting production goals and customer delivery requirements
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Ensuring materials and products meet company quality standards

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Previous inventory control, warehouse, material handler, or manufacturing experience
• Experience working with production schedules and inventory management
• Basic computer skills
