Urgently Hiring an experienced, hands-on Inventory Control & Materials Supervisor to lead inventory control activities and manage tools and materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on accuracy, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for Inventory Control Supervisor:
- Oversee all inventory movement, tracking, and record keeping
- Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate inventory needs with management
- Lead and train material handlers on safety, quality, and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Ensure safe equipment use and compliance with procedures
- Support daily operations and cross-functional team needs
Qualifications for Inventory Control Supervisor:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work overtime as needed
