As the Inventory Control Specialist/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management and control processes in the warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of inventory management systems and be able to effectively manage the warehouse inventory.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained \t
• Ensure that all inventory processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures \t
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management \t
• Monitor and review inventory records for accuracy \t
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment \t
• To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG mission, vision, core values and organizational health \t

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management \t
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes \t
• Order Picker/Cherry Picker experience \t
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment \t
• Previous experience with handheld terminals (HHTâ€s) \t
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office \t
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach \t
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends \t
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills \t
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills \t
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing \t
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
