    Day shiftJob Summary:
    Seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory control, order processing, distribution, and receiving operations. The role will monitor inventory across Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS, investigate discrepancies, resolve order issues, and support quality and manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities:
    • Audit inventory in Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS and investigate inventory discrepancies.
    • Process rejected, expired, short-dated, quarantined, reworked, and destroyed products.
    • Resolve orders placed on inventory hold and cancel orders as requested.
    • Monitor system error logs and resolve inventory and order-processing issues.
    • Manage customer and affiliate order queues and release deliveries according to shipping requirements.
    • Provide information to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
    • Retrieve customer and company information using databases and computer systems.
    • Compile, analyze, and report distribution KPIs, inventory metrics, and operational data.
    • Support Distribution and Receiving operations during peak demand.
    • Communicate issues to appropriate personnel and assist with timely resolution.
    • Assist with employee training and support activities across multiple sites.
    • Maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system.
    • Follow warehouse, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory-control procedures.
    • Work in cold storage/freezer environments at -20 C or colder as required.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with multiple resources.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret inventory and operational data.
    • Experience with inventory control, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, or order processing preferred.
    • Ability to work with complex computer applications and multiple operating environments.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and database systems.
    • Knowledge of quality systems, metrics, tracking, and trending.
    • Ability to work overtime as required.
