Now hiring for an Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

All Days Available: 6 AM - 2 PM

  • Shift 1 Sunday - Thursday
  • Shift 2 Tuesday - Saturday
  • Shift 3 Monday - Friday
  • Shift 4 Sunday - Monday + Thursday - Saturday

All Nights Available: 2 PM - 6 AM

  • Shift 1 Sunday - Wednesday
  • Shift 2 Tuesday - Saturday
  • Shift 3 Monday - Friday
  • Shift 4 Sunday - Monday + Thursday - Friday

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or quality assurance experience preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Perform routine physical inventory counts and cycle counts throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners and handheld devices to verify inventory accuracy
  • Compare physical inventory to WMS records and investigate discrepancies
  • Research and resolve missing, misplaced, or unlocated inventory
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, wear, expiration dates, or quality concerns
  • Update inventory records and enter accurate count data into warehouse systems
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to supervisors
  • Support receiving, shipping, and staging teams in locating products and resolving inventory issues
  • Follow company procedures and complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

  • Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
