Job Duties:Stocking retail productsDusting & cleaning retail shelvesOrganizing the warehouse by efficiently securing and controlling inventoryOrdering suppliesFilling professionals' orders & tracking their usageOrdering, receiving & checking all incoming ordersBar-coding suppliesMust be able to travel to all PENZONE locations Execute + maintain brand standards + floorset planograms in conjunction with operations teamsMaintain + Fulfill all e-commerce orders.Cross functional duties as assigned at other locations + for department projects. Job Qualifications:Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple operational priorities independently.Consistently maintains professionalism in decision-making and communicationAble to lift up to 50lbsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all inventory and processing tasksStrong communication skills; able to interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional mannerHighly self‑directed and able to take initiative without supervisionComfortable using modern workplace technology, including Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and digital communication platformsProfessional appearance aligned with company dress guidelines.Reliable transportation + willingness to work at all locations of PENZONE Salons + Spas in Columbus, OHLocation: All Salon LocationsAvailability Requirements: Full-time (40 hrs), Monday through Friday.
