Position: Inventory Control Specialist
City: Surprise, AZ
Range of Pay: $24-26
Shift: 6:00am -3:00pm + OT
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for final assembly tasks including attaching brackets to overhead doors and supporting the production team with general duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with:
Candidates should possess:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6 months of previous production or assembly experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for final assembly tasks including attaching brackets to overhead doors and supporting the production team with general duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with:
- Inventory control processes
- Scan guns/barcode scanners
- Inventory adjustments and substitutions
- Basic math skills, including equations, addition, and subtraction
- Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Candidates should possess:
- Strong attendance and reliability history
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sound professional judgment and accountability
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and business conduct at all times
Qualifications:
