Overview
The Inventory Control Manager owns inventory accuracy, integrity, and the control environment across the business area, ensuring reliable financial reporting and effective working capital management. This role leads inventory control processes-including cycle counting, physical inventories, and variance resolution-while establishing standardized procedures and enforcing SOX compliance. Partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams, the role drives data integrity, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
