Position: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Fremont, CA, 94538

Summary:
Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse/supply chain role responsible for accurate handling of materials, inventory, shipments, and documentation. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, and cleanroom environments. Employees must follow SOPs, ISO guidelines, and cGMP documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, verify, pack, document, and process customer shipments according to customer, carrier, temperature, and safety requirements.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials, complete system transactions, identify materials, and route them to the correct storage or staging area.
  • Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, reconcile QAD records, manage material status, verify locations, and process inventory adjustments.
  • Accurately pick and stage materials or finished goods by checking item numbers, lots, quantities, expiration dates, and order information.
  • Support W2W inventory readiness and cleanup of expired, blocked, or obsolete materials.
  • Perform physical inventory transfers and ensure materials are properly moved and documented.
  • Work with other teams to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience operating powered industrial trucks, including reach forklift, sit-down forklift, and cherry picker.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and WMS/ERP software, preferably QAD.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work accurately.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and ISO guidelines.
  • Ability to complete accurate documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, and/or cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to frequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, bend, push, and pull.
  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment requiring forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
