At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.We are presently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator who will analyze and plan raw material and outside ventor requirements intiate production and purchase orders to meet customer orders and perform shipping and receiving duties to support business requirements.Main responsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventories of stockroom and distribution center items.Maintain organization and housekeeping of all inventory areas.Maintain material availability to production.Complete and document physical inventories of stock and Work In Process.Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and ERP transactions to receive material to inventory.Coordinate all outbound shipments ensuring proper packaging labeling documentation and shipment method for both international and domestic shipments within the ERP system.Perform miscellaneous support duties for Facilities and Production.Additional duties include customer notification of shipments and receipts via fax or email maintenance of records and compliance with ISO standards.Other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Degree or GED preferred1-2 years of experience in shipping and receivingUnderstanding of ERP concepts and process manufacturingMust have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft softwareAttention to detail and basic math abilityMust have good communication skillsMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsPosition requires you to be on your feet or walking 75 of the timeMust be a team-playerBenefits start day 1 Medical Dental Vision 401K Paid Time Off Holiday Pay PAID MaternityPaternity leave Tuition Reimbursement Long-term and Short-term disability.Pay Range 24.00 - 27.00 per hour depending on experience.Our facility in Boulder Colorado has key functions in Research and Development Operations Production and other disciplines.
