Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Middletown, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on inventory experience and reach truck skills who are looking for long-term growth.
This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance—with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Equipment Operation
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, organize, and replenish inventory
- Assist with proper product placement and bin organization
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS tools for tracking inventory
- Generate and review reports related to inventory levels and discrepancies
- Support inventory analysis and reporting efforts
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within the warehouse
- Assist with implementing improved inventory control procedures
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Communicate inventory issues that may impact fulfillment or production
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment
- Reach truck experience (required)
- Experience with:
- Cycle counting and inventory audits
- Discrepancy resolution
- WMS and RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a lead or inventory-focused role
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
- Background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain
