We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock levels. This role plays a key part in tracking inventory movement, conducting cycle counts, and improving overall inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the system
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory
Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter and update inventory data accurately
- Generate and review inventory reports
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouse and purchasing teams
Process Improvement & Coordination
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification
- Experience with inventory management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
