What You'll Do as an Inventory Control Associate:
  • Support production staff with inventory scanning and troubleshooting questions
  • Reconcile assembly orders and investigate inventory variances
  • Correct inventory discrepancies following established procedures
  • Train employees on inventory scanning systems and provide feedback on errors
  • Assist receiving team to ensure accurate material intake and system entry
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through proper system updates and tracking
  • Collaborate with quality team to manage recalls, holds, and related issues
What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Control Associate Role:
  • Experience in inventory management systems or ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain organization, attention to detail, and multitask effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual ability a plus
  • Ability to work with urgency, accountability, and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform basic math, use computer systems, and work in an office or manufacturing setting
