    Job Overview: 
    • This role supports the day-to-day inventory control activities of the Innovation Hub. The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that physical inventory matches the quantities and locations recorded in our systems. This is a hands-on, operational role. The individual will spend significant time physically checking materials, counting inventory, verifying locations, investigating discrepancies, and updating inventory records.
    •  The Inventory Control Associate will work closely with Material Handling, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain. While the Material Handler will primarily be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and moving materials, the Inventory Control Associate will focus on US inventory accuracy, traceability, and control.
     Responsibilities:
    • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks
    • Ensure physical inventory matches the ERP/WMS system
    • Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations in the system
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
    • Track inventory across multiple storage and production locations
    • Verify inventory movements and transfers are properly recorded
    • Support physical inventory counts and reconciliations
    • Coordinate with Material Handling, Production, and Supply Chain
     Candidate Qualifications:
    • 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic Excel
    • Comfortable working hands-on with physical inventory
    • Reliable, proactive, and able to follow up on discrepancies
    • Able to work in a fast-moving, evolving
    This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone who is organized, reliable, and takes ownership of inventory accuracy. The role will be an important part of ensuring that the materials physically available across our operations are accurately reflected in our systems and available when Production needs them.
