    The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing!

    • Shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 430PM
    • Expected Pay Range: $32.00- $38.00
    • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

    What You'll Do
    • Coordinate and maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility to support production and customer requirements.
    • Partner with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Site Leadership teams to manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production readiness.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts, reconciliations, variance analysis, and inventory reporting.
    • Ensure raw materials, work-in-process inventory, finished goods, and packaging supplies are available and consumed according to established inventory control practices.
    • Generate, analyze, and communicate inventory, production, throughput, downtime, and consumption reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies, overages, shortages, damages, and 3PL inventory issues while supporting customer communication and continuous improvement efforts.

    What You'll Bring
    • Three or more years of inventory control experience within a manufacturing environment.
    • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP system experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
