    JOB OVERVIEW:

    The Senior Inventory Control Analyst takes responsibility for the arranged receipt of raw and work-in-process materials along with all finished goods material flowing through the Site's Enrobing process. In addition, the Inventory Control Analyst works hand-in-hand with the Production Manager, Supervisors, and the broader team as appropriate. This position requires exceptional organizational and detail skills, a problem-solving approach, and a firm grasp of the production process.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Collaborates with Plant leadership team to develop and maintain an efficient material flow system throughout the facility

    Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics teams to secure and optimize the shipping, receiving, and inventory control of frozen material

    Responsible for inventory turns of all raw, work in process, and finished goods inventory as well as boxes, bags, and other supplies.

    Maintain accurate inventory snap shots by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling variances and communicating these to the customer.

    Responsible for ensuring that jobs are staged, ingredients and supplies are available and consumed in FEFO at the facility to meet production demand

    Align with Customer and Production team on schedule adherence and communicate to business units as appropriate

    Generate and maintain baseline metrics and reports such as: Raw material consumption and loss, packaging consumption and loss, throughput rates, downtime reports, customer facing reports and other reporting as directed. Provide this information to the Production, Site and Product Line Managers to report internally and to the customer.

    Responsible for material paperwork flow to ensure accuracy with inventory, lot traceability, and shipping and receiving paperwork

    Assist in collecting data that will be used for calculating Overall Equipment

    Receive ICT's at 3PLs

    Attend and support weekly connection point with customer

    Attend and weekly scheduling meeting to help ensure material is available for production

    Investigate and correct Overage, Shortage or Damage (OSD) issues with CP warehouse/customer 3PL, and connect weekly with the Sales ASC to discuss past week and plan for following week.

    Conduct regular inventory reconciliation with the 3PLs

    JOB EXPERIENCE:

    3+ years of inventory control related experience within a manufacturing industry

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    Takes an analytical and proactive approach to problem identification and solving bottlenecks with an emphasis on process improvement

    Contributes to a positive team culture through personal attitude, providing clear and transparent communications, along with a desire to help motivate others in achieving a common set of goals

    Must have developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills

    Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to monitor/handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

    Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Word and Excel, ERP experience preferred

    Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred

    EDUCATION:

    Associates degree - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics or closely related field (preferred).
