• ensuring the accuracy of the inventory by

• validating and maintaining all inventory data and bookkeeping records
• coordinating cycle count and other physical inventory processes

• understanding, reviewing and communicating inventory concerns to production management, Manufacturing Production Planning, and Manufacturing/Supply Purchasing, Assistant Controller and other appropriate management positions by

• Daily interaction with production and warehouse associates
• Investigating potential areas of concern
• Reviewing daily production schedules
• Ensuring documented best practices are adhered to

• accepting additional responsibilities as determined by the assistant controller and
• performing any other duties as assigned.

A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.

Hourly Paid

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other analytical discipline
• 3 years of experience with SAP software
• must have or be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift
• knowledge of accounting and operational processes within a Manufacturing environment and
• experiences with inventory record keeping.
