Summary:As the inventory Clerk, you will account for all physical movements and costs of product during production. Responsible for collecting, creating, and maintaining all transaction details from the purchase and sale or storage of products within our sourcing companies. key_responsibilities : Interfacing with vendors, production supervisors and customers to gather and distribute data in efficient and timely mannerIdentify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our operations or marketsCreating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and databasesMatching pick tickets to Bills of Lading and production backupMatch invoices to purchase ordersRecord data in order to update and maintain accounting recordsMaintain and develop automated accounting systems, controls, and proceduresPrepare and develop reports for direct management and/or regulatory authoritiesPerform other duties, as assigned.
