Warehouse Material Handler – $18–$21/Hour

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay:$18–$21/hour, based on experience
Weekend: Occasional Saturday or Sunday as needed with a $2/hour shift differential

Are you an experienced Warehouse Material Handler who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team in Salt Lake City!

As a Material Handler, you’ll play an important role in receiving, organizing, moving, and tracking inventory while helping maintain an efficient and safe warehouse environment.

 What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming products using an RF Scanner and warehouse management system
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming shipments
• Receive deliveries and returned merchandise according to company procedures
• Label pallets and cartons as needed
• Inspect incoming goods and report shortages or damaged products
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Move, load, unload, and properly store products
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Organize products and maintain clean, orderly storage areas
• Inspect warehouse areas for damage, deterioration, and safety concerns
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals
• Follow direction from the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
• Support and encourage your teammates to create a positive, team-oriented work environment

 What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and read English
• Experience with inventory, receiving, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cartons, boxes, and pallets
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation

 Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and working with hands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer when needed
• Ability to work around occasional heat, cold, noise, dust, and dirt
