Department: Inventory Department

Reports To: PC & Inventory Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly

Schedule: M - F; 8:00AM - 4:30PM (subject to change, depending on business needs)

Pay range: $20 - $25/hr (based on experience)

SUMMARY

Work as an active team member of the department adhering to all rules and policies while

striving to improve inventory accuracy and order on time delivery to meet our customer's

demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Cycle counts in a fast paced environment
  • Use the FIFO method on all router and order picking
  • Apply GDP principles on all documentation
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines when working in facility
  • Transfer materials to different locations throughout the warehouse via material

handling equipment

  • Perform system transactions via Oracle, RF scanner and or manually
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies found and communicate findings to supervisor
  • Additional tasks assigned by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, be flexible and meet deadlines.
  • Ability on daily basis to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to transport materials over 50 lbs via material handling equipment
  • Knowledge of industry products and services a plus.
  • Fluent in English - written and oral skills required.
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic computer skills

Work Schedule:

  • Must be flexible on work schedule, occasional OT required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years related experience or training preferred
  • Previous Experience and/or permit for operation of forklifts preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle is highly preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

This position requires becoming Forklift certified, Hazardous Material Handling Training may be

required: HAZWOPER and RCRA.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit;

handle, reach; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must have the ability to

lift and move up to 50 pounds daily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close

vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust

focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving

mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in

the work environment is usually moderate.
