Inventory Clerk I – Forklift and Inventory Control

Pay: Up to $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: 1–2 hours daily as needed
Location: The Colony, TX

Are you experienced with inventory control and warehouse equipment? We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating an Order Picker, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

What You'll Do:

• Perform daily inventory counts (up to 300 counts per day)
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners and warehouse systems
• Reconcile inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy
• Support physical inventories and cycle count programs
• Communicate inventory issues that may impact customer orders
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience operating a Crown Order Picker (required)
• Experience with a Raymond Stand-Up Forklift (strongly preferred)
• Inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory reconciliation experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Basic Microsoft Windows and Excel skills
• Ability to quickly learn products and processes
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements - Required:
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs 
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperature varies with outdoor conditions)

Requirements:
Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1
Ability to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
