    Job description

    We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dealership Lot Attendant to oversee daily lot operations and serve as a frontline dealership leader in Lighthouse Point, FL. This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles, maintaining a strong client-facing presence, and assisting with scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
      • Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
      • Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
      • Assisting with customer deliveries
      • Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
      • Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
      • Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
      • Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
      • Building and grounds maintenance as needed
      • Other functions and special projects may be assigned
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
    • Must be 18 years or older for driving responsibilities
    • Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous valet or lot operations experience preferred
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
    Work Environment & Physical Demands:
    • Frequent walking, running, and standing for extended periods
    • Must be able to lift/push up to 25 lbs and enter/exit vehicles regularly
    • Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings and includes exposure to weather elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
    • Ability to remain alert and focused 
    • Be a self starter and maintain excellence in attitude.
