Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Previous inventory control, stock management, or warehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus but not required

Job Duties

• Count, sort, and record inventory accurately
• Enter inventory data into company systems
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory tracking
• Maintain organized inventory records and documentation
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Prioritize tasks and meet daily productivity goals

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Inventory Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Inventory Associate supports successful warehouse operations through dependable inventory handling, shipping support, and accurate order preparation. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Successful Inventory Associate candidates understand warehouse workflows, inventory systems, and shipping procedures while maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout every shift.
