As an Inventory Associate, you’ll visit gas stations and convenience stores to perform accurate inventory counts and report results to store managers. Work includes freezers, coolers, stockrooms, and the salesfloor. Commute is in addition to your workday; teams must arrive on-site by 6 AM, so some days you may leave as early as 3 AM.Location and Travel

- Typically 36–40 hours per week, Monday–FridayWorkdays are not set shifts; end times vary depending on workload
- Most days wrap up between 1 PM and 5 PM (not including commute time)Responsibilities:Count physical inventory accurately using a 10-key machine
- Work in a small team (typically 2-3 people) visiting 1-2 stores per dayWork in freezers, coolers, stockrooms, and on the salesfloor
- Provide end-of-audit reports to store managersAddress inventory discrepancies and problem-solve on-site
- Communicate with your division manager about client-specific concernsComplete administrative tasks such as payroll transmission and invoicing
- Coordinate daily travel and carpooling logisticsProvide training, coaching, and development of auditors in order to build skillsRequirements:
- Lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, bend/squat, and operate keypadComfortable working in various temperature environments (freezers/coolers)
