About the Role

As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately documenting and updating inventory records, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. You will support manufacturing by pulling inventory, assembling parts kits, and shipping parts to meet service and spare parts requests. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment like order pickers, with forklift experience preferred.

Pay Rate

$21.00 per hour (potential increase to $23/hour)

Available Shift Times

7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory items
• Pull and assemble parts kits for manufacturing orders
• Pick, pack, label, and ship parts
• Update inventory records accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized storage area
• Support operational tasks such as testing and packaging
• Follow safety protocols and support team goals

Key Requirements

• Ability to operate an order picker; forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with record-keeping
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and flexible to support various operational areas
