Pull orders and sort according to shipping requirementsPull proper fabric to fulfill ordersCut fabric to size, big it and send to shippingInspect incoming fabric rolls ensuring that flaws are marked and yardage is correctPlace fabric rolls on racks sorted by location rangeTake appropriate fabric rolls from racks to the Fed Ex machineFill fabric sample requests for customers and sales repsTrack daily and monthly samples via Excel spreadsheet program
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or EquivalentReading skillsKeyboarding skillsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Value Added Skills:
Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not requiredTeam playerWillingness to learnAbility to train on any shiftPositive attitude
Physical Requirements:
Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
