At Fleet Farm, delivering an exceptional customer experience starts with having the right products available when our customers need them. As an Inventory Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time by managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the flow of merchandise across our stores and distribution centers.
This is more than an inventory role—it's an opportunity to launch a long-term career in merchandising. We're intentionally evolving this position into a developmental role with a defined career path into Vendor Analyst and Merchandise Planner. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving processes, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate enjoys working with large datasets, solving problems, and learning how a retail merchandising organization operates.
