Internal Supply Production Worker
Location: Fife, WA
Schedule: 2,2,3 6PM-6AM Graveyard Shift
Compensation: $22.00/hour-$25.00/hour (Depending on Experience) + $2.00/hour Graveyard Shift Differential

As an Extruder Operator, you’ll be at the center of our Vinyl Extrusion team—keeping production running smoothly and ensuring top‑tier quality every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
In this critical manufacturing role, you will:
Operate 1–3 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets
Safely disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment
Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers
Maintain a clean and organized work area—spray down equipment, sweep floors, remove debris
Complete required documentation including productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders
Support packaging and forklift operations as needed
What You Bring
Associate degree or technical school certificate — or 6–12 months of related experience
Forklift certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and written procedures
Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, bar graphs)
Problem‑solving ability and comfort following detailed instructions
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
