Interventional Radiology Tech Travel

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. One or more of the following: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Schedule: Multiple shifts available | 36-48 hours per week

Gross Rate up to $4,187 per week

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Conducts diagnostic organ and body scans to assist with medical procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients while selecting appropriate technical parameters.
• Administers contrast media and medications within regulatory scopes of practice.
• Monitors patients and protocols during procedures to recommend refinements.
• Strictly adheres to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory standards. Performing specialized imaging, including complex vascular and interventional procedures, in coordination with Radiologists and Physician Assistants.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following:
  
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

What additional requirements you'll need:

• 1+ year of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience
