- Hospital-employed Interventional Pain Management position
- No weekends, no holidays, no call — truly
- 4- or 5-day work week available, your choice
- Dedicated procedure center plus access to an Outpatient Surgery Center and Main OR
- High, steady patient volume backed by a strong referral network
- Open to candidates trained in PM&R or Anesthesia
Visa Sponsorship
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Experienced in onboarding and supporting international physicians
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed base salary ($500,000+) with quarterly production bonus
- Starting bonus up to $40,000 and relocation reimbursement

Candidate Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology with pain training
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arkansas
- New graduates and experienced physicians alike are encouraged to apply
