Are you an innovative Pain Medicine specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We are seeking a high-caliber, forward-thinking Anesthesiologist to join a premier, physician-led Interventional Pain practice in the Greater Phoenix area.
This is not a maintenance role. Our practice is in a state of rapid expansion—currently building a new surgery center and adding service lines—and we are looking for a clinical partner who wants to be more than just a provider. If you have a passion for cutting-edge techniques, outside-the-box clinical approaches, and the drive to contribute to a growing medical enterprise, this is your unicorn opportunity.
You will be joining a practice headed by a nationally recognized, Mayo Clinic-fellowship-trained leader known for blending advanced Western medicine with evidence-based regenerative and holistic therapies.
Entrepreneurial Culture: We value "intrapreneurs" who bring new ideas and proven processes to the table.
Path to Ownership: Opportunity for discounted equity shares in our brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
Revenue Sharing: Beyond a competitive base, you will participate in lucrative ancillary revenue streams.
Supportive Environment: We provide scribes based on patient volume to ensure you can focus on care, not just data entry.
Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 (commensurate with experience/patient base).
Lucrative Bonus Structure: 50% collection share above $700K gross.
Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, and employer-sponsored retirement plan.
Our patient base is primarily focused on Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Spine conditions. You will perform a high volume of image-guided interventional procedures in a state-of-the-art setting.
Core Procedures Required:
Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)
Facet Joint and Medial Branch Blocks
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
Fluoroscopic/Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks & neuromodulation
Note: We are willing to provide advanced training for Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) trials and permanent implantations if you do not already have extensive experience in this area.
We are looking for a culture fit as much as a clinical fit—someone with high integrity, clear communication skills, and the flexibility to excel in a high-growth, start-up style atmosphere.
Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Residency: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
Fellowship: Completion of a 1-year ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship (Required).
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Arizona Medical License.
Mindset: A strategic thinker with a passion for the patient experience and a desire to help scale a practice.
Enjoy the best of the Southwest with a true 8-to-4 schedule. With no call and no weekends, you will have the time to actually enjoy the Arizona sunshine, world-class golf, and vibrant dining scenes in the Greater Phoenix area.
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a practice that values your brain as much as your hands?
To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with MSK/Spine procedures and why you thrive in growth-oriented environments.
