    Description:

    Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician for a high-volume outpatient opportunity in Glendale, Arizona.

    The incoming physician will step into an immediate patient base with strong referral volume, significant procedural opportunity, and experienced clinical support.

    The position is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and no hospital rounding, nights, weekends, holidays, or call.

    The practice sees approximately 20–30 patients per day and provides dedicated NP/PA/MA support alongside an experienced procedural team.



    Requirements

    • MD or DO
    • Board Certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
    • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
    • Active or eligible Arizona medical license
    • Active DEA registration
    • Strong interventional procedural skills
    • Experience with epidurals, medial branch blocks, RFA, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulation
