Interventional CardiologistHeart Care Centers of Illinois (HCCI) | Chicagoland AreaPosition OverviewHeart Care Centers of Illinois (HCCI) is seeking a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join our established physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. This role includes a mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities with a strong focus on coronary interventions and comprehensive cardiovascular care.Key responsibilities/services include:
- Coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Peripheral arterial and venous interventions
- Carotid and aneurysm interventions
- ASD/PFO closure procedures
- Structural heart procedures including:
- TAVR
- Percutaneous Mitral Valve Repair
- Percutaneous Tricuspid Valve Repair
- Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO)
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular management
The incoming physician will primarily focus on coronary and bread-and-butter interventional procedures, with opportunities to expand into structural and peripheral interventions based on training and interest.Shared call responsibilities with 16 other physicians provide strong physician support and balanced work-life integration with a Monday–Friday schedule.Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production incentives, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications- Board Certified / Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Coronary interventional experience required
- Peripheral vascular training and experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence
