Title: Internet/Web Engineer – Consultant (11232)
Location: Columbia, SC 100% Remote (Nationwide Candidates Accepted)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, and maintain web-based applications and websites.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.
- Convert UI/UX designs and mockups into fully functional websites.
- Develop and support both front-end and back-end website functionality.
- Build, customize, and maintain Drupal and WordPress CMS platforms.
- Develop, modify, and support PHP-based applications.
- Integrate websites with internal applications and third-party/open-source systems.
- Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant, and accessibility compliant.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain CMS environments through production.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and support during implementations and production deployments.
- Participate in on-call support for system updates and emergency issues.
Required Skills- 5+ years of experience coding, developing, and debugging web-based applications in a team environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Linux, PHP, Drupal 8, and WordPress.
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Flash.
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL or MySQL databases.
- Experience configuring Apache Web Server.
- Full lifecycle CMS deployment experience including installation, configuration, and production support.
- 5+ years of Public Sector/Government experience.
Preferred Skills- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience applying Drupal or other CMS patches.
Additional Desired Skills- Ability to remediate security vulnerabilities in application code, Drupal modules, and core files.
- Knowledge of web design best practices.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate.
- Experience creating fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience developing original graphics for enterprise websites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train, mentor, and transfer knowledge effectively.
Education- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 5 years equivalent experience accepted).
