BMW of Lafayette is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Internet / BDC Representative to handle incoming digital leads and provide a premium online experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, texts, and phone calls
- Set appointments and follow up with customers throughout their buying journey
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM (eLead experience a plus)
- Ensure online inventory and listings are up to date and accurate
- Work closely with the sales team to support appointment conversion and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
