Now Hiring: Internet / BDC Representative

Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette BMW of Lafayette is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Internet / BDC Representative to handle incoming digital leads and provide a premium online experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, texts, and phone calls • Set appointments and follow up with customers throughout their buying journey • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM (eLead experience a plus) • Ensure online inventory and listings are up to date and accurate • Work closely with the sales team to support appointment conversion and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Customer-first attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
