The Internet Sales Assistant drives our online customer engagement, playing a vital role in converting digital inquiries into successful sales. This position supports our sales team by managing initial customer interactions and ensuring a seamless online experience. You connect with potential customers, provide essential information, and nurture leads, directly contributing to our growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages initial customer inquiries through various digital channels, supporting Online Sales efforts.
- Delivers exceptional Customer Service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilizes CRM Software to accurately log customer interactions, update profiles, and track sales progress.
- Engages potential customers effectively through clear and persuasive Digital Communication.
- Assists the sales team in achieving Sales targets by nurturing leads and providing necessary information.
- Performs Lead Qualification, identifying customer needs and determining sales potential.
- Composes and sends targeted Email Communication to prospects, sharing product details and promotions.
- Develops comprehensive Product Knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and recommend solutions.
- Executes precise Data Entry for customer records, sales activities, and reporting.
- Fosters positive customer relationships, contributing to Relationship Building and customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in Online Sales principles.
- Possesses strong Customer Service orientation.
- Is adept at using CRM Software.
- Excels in Digital Communication.
- Understands basic Sales techniques.
