National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is representing one of America's premier automotive dealerships in the search for an elite Internet Manager. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a proven performer with a documented history of driving internet sales, generating leads, managing digital marketing, and building a high-performing online sales operation.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a true industry leader who has:

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive Internet Manager experience
  • Strong social media marketing and content creation experience
  • Proven success increasing internet leads, appointments, and sales
  • Experience managing CRM systems and internet lead processes
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer follow-up skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate an internet sales team
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Stable employment history with a proven track record of success
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all internet sales operations
  • Maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance
  • Oversee CRM activity, lead distribution, and follow-up processes
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Create engaging short-form video content and digital campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs including response times, appointment ratios, closing percentages, and ROI
  • Work closely with sales management to drive showroom traffic and increase sales volume
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
Qualifications
