Location: Roseville, MN Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour / or more depending on experienceStatus: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesMDU Installations: Assist with the installation of facility wiring within multi-unit buildingsService & Training: Greet customers professionally, complete tasks accurately, and provide essential training to residents on how to use their new systemsQualificationsExperience: One year of in-person customer interaction experienceEducation: A certificate or degree in a technical field (e.g., basic electronics) is a plusLicensing: Must possess a valid Class D Driver's License with a clean driving recordCertifications: Willingness to obtain "Registered Unlicensed" PLT certificationSkills: Strong proficiency with hand tools, computer operations (email, databases), and professional communicationPhysical Requirements & EnvironmentActivity: A typical day involves a mix of sitting (3 hrs), standing (2 hrs), and walking (3 hrs)Lifting: Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50+ lbsConditions: Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces/attics), navigating weather conditions, and ladder workFlexibility: Occasional work outside of normal business hours and local travel is required. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service orders, installing communication systems, and ensuring residents have seamless internet connectivity for our customers in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), such as apartment complexes and condos.
