What you'll do

• Advise on export controls (EAR, ITAR) and sanctions compliance
• Prepare license applications, classifications, and voluntary disclosures
• Conduct internal investigations and compliance reviews
• Counsel clients on trade risk in transactions

What you bring

• J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• Export controls and sanctions experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
